Simply insert through bag by cutting an X in the film, the round bottom base plate is designed to keep breather from compressing under the plate and sealing off. Successfully tested to hold 29 inches of mercury and 200 psi at temperatures up to 500 degrees F. The quick disconnect fitting makes connecting vacuum lines quick and easy and is rated up to 500 Deg. F
